Although this project is conceptual, it was designed to address the real, daily challenges faced by people living with psoriasis.
Psoriasis being non-curable condition impacts long term engagement and retention to the app.

Finding the right balance between medical app and fun visual was essential.
I believe that presenting the condition in a thoughtful, less clinical way would be beneficial
for users. Designing for a chronic condition required thorough user research and ongoing
effort to eliminate bias. I aimed to minimize cognitive load, without compromising on the
experiences of psoriasis patients.
